Under floor heating, basement concrete, excavation

The last two days have been very productive.  When we came back from the mainland after taking Jake and Hana home we found that the under floor heating had been completed.  Also the south and north walls were framed.

The folks arrived to pour the concrete over the top of the "in floor" heat piping and also in the garage and utility room.

At the same time Joel, our excavator operator worked for two days on the lot moving getting rid of stumps and moving dirt.  The lot now looks totally different and much bigger.
