Lets start with flooring!
First wee needed to clean the floors because of the mess left by the gyproc people.
The shop vac was completely ineffective after just a few minutes as the filter clogs with gyproc dust.
As soon as the gyprock is dry the painter came in and painted the interior walls with undercoat and then two coats of final colour
Stairs all ready for flooring. Notice we have the lighting installed as well. The tiles when down first. Our tiler Vlad kept odd hours. We found him sleeping in the house in the morning one time after a rather busy night of tiling. The wood floors also arrived.

All of the wood floors have been set down and the stairs are all completed now. All of the interior doors have arrived and have been mounted. Our exterior is still not 100% complete. This is mainly because of weather. It is too cold for painting so that has held things up. Next week we expect the interior finishing to be completed. We are hoping that the railings for the deck and our heating system wide arrive. We spent the day picking blinds for the windows. Boy do we have lots of windows.
