Moving Day

We moved in on Monday December 22, 2014.  Jane and I had the condo packed up though we left some stuff there while we sell it.  The movers arrived and picked up the condo things.  we then drove up to our storage units and we loaded all the items that would go on the main living area upstairs in the house.  Back to the house and unload those.  Then we went back to the storage, picked up things for the basement and the condo.  Back to the condo to unload and then everything else was back at the new house int he basement.

The office with bed.  We will probably get or make a Murphy bed for the office to give us more room.

So we tidied up and put things away.  Jane then put up the Christmas tree.

 We then went over to Vancouver to be with Maggie and Robert.  We had a Christmas eve party, and then went to church at Saint Catherine's.  That was great.  Christmas day we spent with Mary, Kevin, Jake and Hana.  Boxing day we came back to the island and Mary, Hana, Jake and Greg and Lauren came over for a couple of days.  We put on a Christmas dinner for the Hird-Rutter clan and had about 20 people for dinner.

Then everyone left and Jane and I fell asleep.
